Killian Septum Elevator – Double Ended

CureMed’s Brand New Killian Septum Elevator Features double-ended, 1 end 4.0 mm w/ 3.4 mm taper, opposite end 4.3 mm w/ 3.0 mm taper, and overall length 7-1/4″ (18.5 cm) useful in nasal septum surgeries. The double-ended tapered blade design allows for the tracing of difficult contour in order to lift the mucoperichondrial flap. Killian Septum Elevator is handcrafted from Premium Surgical Grade German Stainless Steel.
