CureMed’s Brand New Hajek Ballenger Septum Elevator Double Ended Features straight, semi-sharp & blunt 5.0mm blades, and overall length 7-1/4″ (18.5 cm) useful in nasal septum surgeries. The instrument is double sided with two semi-sharp straight blades of the same size used to create an incision in the perichondrium as well as to prevent shredding.
